With our knowledge of construction materials, lighting needs, and energy efficiency, we can make the best choices together. When the details of a project are specified in the beginning, the general contractor can make the most accurate estimates on cost and time lines. This contributes to a good working relationship with the general contractor and is of the utmost importance.

While in the various stages of your project, we are available to meet with construction crews to interface and answer any questions directly. This ensures accuracy in communication and a more efficient work-flow.

To begin a project, an initial consultation is scheduled. This allows us to connect and listen to your desires on how you wish the space to perform. At this initial meeting we will tell you how we will help you with your project and also provide you a design-fee estimate. When approved, we proceed with the details of the job as agreed upon. If the project includes working with your contractor, we will schedule to meet and discuss our role and how we will best service the needs of the project. We also have established relationships with licensed and insured commercial contractors and sub-contractors. These professionals are available to work on your project if needed.

Luxury And Wit Design Services

A variety of services depending on the client need:

(1) We provide service at an hourly-rate for clients needing consultation-advice only.

(2) A flat-rate design fee is used for most projects. This is determined at the initial consultation. We consider square-footage as well as the overall scope of work. This is the preferred method of service based on our client feedback.

(3) We provide out-of-state design services to clients with multiple properties.

(4) We are a direct-buyer of floor-coverings and other custom materials. For our established clients, we will make recommendations on a specific item such as carpet. The benefit for you is we arrange for labor and sell the product directly to you.
